Welcome to the Ujiha Matcha Rewards Fair Play Policy, designed to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all Australian matcha lovers. This policy governs participation in the Matcha Rewards Hub, protecting the integrity of our loyalty program for shipping nationwide.
Account Integrity
Each customer is limited to one account. Creating multiple accounts to earn sign-up points (50 Matcha Points) or other rewards is prohibited. Accounts require email verification, and duplicate accounts will be merged or deactivated to maintain fairness in our matcha loyalty program rules.
Referral Fairness
Referral rewards (50 points for the referrer) apply only to genuine, unique referrals. Self-referrals, fake emails, or exceeding 5 referrals per user will result in points being revoked. All referrals are verified before points are awarded, ensuring fair use of the Australian matcha rewards terms.
Spin Wheel Usage
The Win Wheel, available on ujiha.au, Home, Shop, Account, and Checkout pages, has a 7-day cooldown per user. Automated spins, bots, or attempts to bypass the cooldown will lead to account suspension and point forfeiture. Points won (5–30) are subject to review to uphold matcha points fair use.
Order and Redemption Rules
Points earned from purchases (1 point per $1 spent) are locked for 14 days to prevent exploitation via returns. Redemptions (100 points = $5) are capped at 500 points ($25) per user per month to maintain program balance. Fraudulent orders will be refunded without points, aligning with our fair play policy matcha rewards.
Badge Eligibility
Badges (“Matcha Explorer” at 100 points with a 10-point reward; “Matcha Champion” at 300 points with a 20-point reward) are awarded for legitimately earned points. Artificially inflating points through prohibited means will result in badge and point removal, ensuring fair rewards.
Monitoring and Enforcement
Ujiha monitors activity weekly via Points Logs and investigates suspicious behavior (e.g., excessive referrals or spins). Violations may lead to point revocation, account suspension, or legal action under Australian Consumer Law. Decisions are final to protect our matcha loyalty program rules.
Reporting Concerns
Report suspected exploitation to hi@ujiha.au. We aim to resolve issues promptly, supporting fair play among Australian matcha lovers.
Policy Updates
This fair play policy may update with program changes. Continued participation signifies acceptance of the latest version, available here at ujiha.au/fair-play-policy. Check regularly for updates to our matcha rewards terms.
Our Commitment: We reward genuine engagement. Play fairly and enjoy Ujiha’s calm energy responsibly. Thank you for joining #MatchaNoJitters!
